Meet the founders of Naturally Fortified.

Healthy Lifestyle Coach, Chip Allman-Burgard is a Certified Holistic Health Coach who received his certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in 2011 and has coached over 100 clients back to health since starting Naturally Fortified in 2011.

Together with Dr. Keith Burgard, his husband and Consulting Physician, they help busy clients find time to focus on their health goals. A true foodie at heart, his passion for healthy food and cooking drives his clients to success by making small changes which lead to permanent, healthy lifestyle changes.

Doctor Keith Burgard is an ABIM Board Certified Internal Medicine Physician who has been in practice since 2001 with experience in Acute Inpatient Hospital Care, Outpatient Primary Care, Women’s Health, LGB Health, Transgender Health and Emergency Medicine.

Doctor Keith is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine, where he teaches medical students and Internal Medicine residents.
